               a.  Approve the 2024-2025 Extra Duty List presented of At Will Employees of Cambridge School
             District #227.
        b.  Approve the FY24 Amended Budget
        c.  Approve the Resolution Authorizing Board President and Superintendent to 
                    approve Payment of the District's Bills for July, 2024.
                d.  Approve the 2024-25 Health Insurance Renewal.
                e.  Approve the bids for the Agriculture Compex as presented
                f.   Approve Jessica Lindburg as Elementary School Secretary
                g.  Approve the date for the school board goal setting retreat
                h. Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $2,000,000 General Obligation School
                     Bonds, Series 2024, of the District for the purpose of paying claims against the District, 
                     providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said
                     bonds, and authorizing the execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement with Stifel, Nicolaus &
                     Company, Incorporated, in connection with the sale of said bonds.
                 
 
        10.      Executive session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment,
     compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the
     public body or student discipline.
