d. Approve Risk Management Plan for the Cambridge District.
e.“Conduct of Public Hearing concerning the intent of the Board of
Education to sell $2,000,000 Funding Bonds for the purpose of paying
claims against the District.”

compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the
public body or student discipline.
