               a.  Approve the following:

                     1. Marcy Strand as Junior High Boys Track Coach

                      2. Mitchell Elder as High School Track Assistant Coach

                      3. Kaitlyn Reusch as Pre School Teacher

               b.  Approve the non-tenured teachers for the 2024-25 school year

               c.  Approve the IHSA Membership for the 2024-25 school year.

               d.  Resolution authorizing and providing for a lease agreement for the 

                       purpose of building and equipping a school building and improving the site

                       hereof in and for the District and for the issuance of $1,925,000 Lease

                       Certificates, Series 2024, of the District evidencing the rights to payment

                       under said agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment

                       under said agreement of said Certificates, and authorizing the sale of said

                       Lease Certificates to Peoples National Bank of Kewanee.

                   

       11.    Executive session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment,

                compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the

                public body or student discipline.
