        a. Approve the School District Regular Audit and Federal Audit for the fiscal year 2023
  b. Approval the Contract with Gold Star FS to purchase gasoline and diesel fuel
  c. Approve November 14, 2023 for the November School Board Meeting
  d. Approve the following employments:
  •       Hillary Boelens as RTI Aide for the 2023-24 School Year
  •       Luke Leander High School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach
   e. Approve the E-Learning Plan for the Cambridge School District
   f.  Approve the increase of substitute pay to $105 per day
   g. Approve the 2023 School Maintenance Grant
   h. Approve the letting of a bid to replace the Cambridge Jr/Sr High School Roof
    i. Approve the increase in the Revolving Fund from $7,000 to $10,000

         9.    Executive session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment,

                compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees or

                members of the public body, or student discipline.
