             a.  Approve Gorenz and Associates to provide the School District’s Audit Services for

                   the Current Fiscal Year.

              b. Keep Closed the Executive Session Minutes from July, 2022 to December, 2022.  

              c.  Approve Haley Gruber as Agriculture Teacher for the 2023-24 School Year

              d. Approve the Health Life Safety Ten Year Survey for Cambridge Elementary and                                Cambrdge Jr/Sr High School.

               e. Approve the Base Bid of $298,000 from HELM Service Group to complete the

                   Condensate Piping ReplacementWork at Cambridge Jr/Sr High School.

                f. Approve the Alternate Bid of $141,000 from HELM Service Group to install the HVAC

                   system in the Cafeteria at Cambridge Jr/Sr High School.

        9.    Executive session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment,

                compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees or

                members of the public body, or student discipline.

       10.    Actions Resulting from Closed Session
