b. Abate up to $33,000 from the Working Cash Fund to the Education Fund
c. Approve the Transfer of the Accumulated Interest from the Working Cash Fund to the
    Education Fund
d. Approve membership in the Prairie State Insurance Cooperative for the 2023-2024
    school year
e. Approve the transfer of $99,706 from Fund 60 Capital Projects to Fund 30 Bond for 
     the purpose of abating the Alternative Revenue Bonds.
f. Approve the following personnel items:
    1. Amanda Bennett-JH Volleyball Coach
    2. Julie Jewett-JH Volleyball Coach
    3. Chad Kirkhove-Jr/Sr High PE and Health Teacher
