                   the Current Fiscal Year.

              b. Keep Closed the Executive Session Minutes from July, 2019 to December, 2019.  

              c.  Approve Oldeen Roofing's Base Bid of $106,291 to Replace the Roof at Cambridge

                   Jr/Sr High School.

              d. Consider Oldeen Roofing's Alternate Bid of $38,179 for the Corridor at Cambridge

                   Jr/Sr High School. 

              e.  Approve the Following Employment Recommendations:

                     a. Dylan Brooks as Assistant Track Coach
                     b. CJ DeKezel as Jr High Aide
                     c. Michael Vandeveer as Evening Custodian at Cambridge Jr/Sr High

              f.  Consider the Approval of the Presented Grade Scale Change for Cambridge Jr/Sr

                   High School.

               g. Resolution abating the taxes levied for the year 2019 to pay debt service on

                  General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2017A, of the

                  District.
