                a. Approve Dianne Jeffries to Fill the Vacant Board Seat
                b. Appoint a new Board Secretary
                c. Approve the 2016-2017 Cambridge CUSD #227 Amended Budget
                d. Approve the Prevailing Wage Motion
          e. Approve the Extra Duty List presented of At Will Employees of Cambridge School
              District #227.
    f. Approve the following increases in school fees:
             1. Breakfast and Lunch fees for Cambridge Grade School and Cambridge Jr/Sr
                 High School of $0.10 per meal
             2. Registration fees as presented
             3. Participation Fee of $50 Activity Fee per student
                 g. Approve the Resolution Authorizing Board President and Superintendent to 
                     Approve Payment of the District's Bills for July, 2017.
                  h.  Approve the Amended Cooperative Agreement for the 2017-2018 school year
                      between the AlWood School District #225 and the Cambridge School District    
                      #227.
                  i.  Approve the Permanent Transfer of up to $276,000 from the Operations and
                       Maintenance fund to the Education Fund.
                  j. Approve the Cooperative Agreement with Orion School District for High School
                       Wrestling.
                   k. Approve The Cambridge Request for Waiver of School Code 105ILCS/10-20.12(A).
                   l. Approve the Elementray and Jr/Sr High School Handbooks
